Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DICE LINKED website, web app, mobile apps and room synchronization services (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service and Ads

DICE LINKED is a real-time multiplayer dice rolling utility for web, iOS and Android. It is provided by Onitsoga Labs, Inc., a company in the United States ("Onitsoga Labs"), for board gaming, tabletop RPGs, and remote play.

The Service is free and ad-supported. Ads may appear in the mobile apps and elsewhere in the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how ads work. The Service is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with a parent or guardian's permission. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service (including room limits and server resource allocations) at any time without prior notice.

2. License and Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not disrupt, damage, or degrade performance for other users.

• No Server Abuse: You must not flood our servers, run script-based roll automation bots, or attempt to overwhelm the Service's network.
• No Reverse Engineering: Using the Service's active synchronization channels for malicious activities, sending spoofed messages, or attempting to extract proprietary code from the client or backend servers is strictly prohibited.
• Usage Restrictions: You may not frame, scrape, or extract content from the website or app for commercial distribution without our prior written consent.

3. Proprietary Intellectual Property

The DICE LINKED software client, web architecture, designs, content, and branding are copyrighted works owned by Onitsoga Labs. All rights are reserved. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You are responsible for the player names, avatars and room names you choose. Do not use content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or block access to any room or user at our discretion. Third-party names and game systems mentioned on the site belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Onitsoga Labs makes no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Roll outcomes are generated for entertainment and should not be relied upon for gambling, cryptographic safety or any high-stakes random number generation. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Onitsoga Labs, its officers, employees or developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service, or any ads and third-party content shown in it. Where the law does not allow an exclusion, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
