Our Privacy Commitment

DICE LINKED is operated by Onitsoga Labs, Inc., a company in the United States ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we handle when you use the DICE LINKED website, web app and mobile apps (the "Service").

No account, no sign-up, and we do not keep a history of your rolls.

1. Information We Process

We do not ask for an email address, phone number or password. Here is what the Service does handle.

• Room data: Rooms run in server memory. Dice values, positions and roll seeds are passed to the players in the room and are not written to a database. A room is discarded when everyone leaves.
• Player name and avatar: The nickname and avatar you choose are shared with the other players in your room while it is open. Do not use your real name or any personal detail you do not want others to see.
• Public room list: To power the room directory, we store a room code, a player count and a registration time in a Cloudflare Durable Object. Rows are cleared when the room ends, and idle rows are swept about once an hour. Active room codes and player counts can be listed publicly.
• Device storage: We store settings on your device: dice tray presets, nickname and avatar, language, room options, a roll counter used to time app review prompts, and keys that track usage time and switch ads on after a set amount of use. This stays on your device, and we do not upload it.
• Technical data: Like any web service, our hosting records technical data such as IP address, device and browser details, and request information (see Hosting below).

2. Advertising

The Service is ad-supported. Our mobile apps show ads from Google AdMob (banner and interstitial ads). AdMob and its partners may collect and use device information such as your IP address, device and OS details, and advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA or Android Advertising ID), and may use cookies, SDKs or similar technologies to deliver, personalize and measure ads and to prevent fraud.

• iOS: If your device supports it, the app asks permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings.
• Android and iOS: You can reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your device settings. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

3. Analytics

We use Pirsch Analytics on our website to count pageviews and see general traffic sources. Pirsch states that it does not use cookies and that it hashes the IP address, browser and date into a short-lived visitor ID instead of storing the IP address. Our servers also send some page events to Pirsch, including your IP address, browser user-agent and language, so Pirsch can count them. We do not use this to build individual profiles.

4. Hosting and Service Providers

• Cloudflare: We host the Service on Cloudflare, which handles your requests and sees your IP address and technical request data. We keep application logs for troubleshooting. Cloudflare may also provide its own security and web analytics. Cloudflare sets its own log retention.
• YouTube: Some website pages embed a YouTube video. Loading or playing it may set cookies and send data to Google under Google's privacy policy.
• Apple and Google: If you install the app, the App Store and Google Play process your download and any ratings or review prompts under their own policies.
• Optional stream overlay: If you use our streamer overlay feature, your browser connects to the SocialStream service to receive chat events.
• Website resources: Some pages load scripts or fonts from third-party hosts such as unpkg. Those hosts can see your IP address and browser details.

We share information with these providers only as needed to run the Service. We do not sell personal information for money. Ad partners may treat ad data as a "sale" or "sharing" under some privacy laws. Where those laws apply, use your device's ad settings to opt out.

5. Children

The Service is available to a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Because we do not run accounts, we usually cannot link data to you. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete or object to the use of personal data. Contact us and we will respond as the law requires. You can clear local data in your browser or by deleting the app, and you can control ads in your device settings. By using the Service you understand that data is processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
